When you create a GrokBuild account we collect your name, email address, and — if you sign in with Google or GitHub — your public profile information from that provider. When you use the product we store the prompts you submit, the projects, workflows, and files generated for you, and usage metrics (token counts) needed for billing and quotas.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status.
Prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (xAI and AWS Bedrock) to generate responses. We do not sell your data or use your prompts to train models.
We use a single first-party, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email support@grokbuild.site and we will process the request within 30 days.
